Finding our voice, growing our community
Saturday 4 November | 11.00 – 16.00
Bath Quaker Meeting House, York St, Bath BA1 1NG

To book please email info@qgsdc.org.uk
Suggested donation £5
Please bring some food to share for lunch. Bread and soup will be provided.

You are warmly invited to a gathering for worship, sharing and discussion about our diverse gender and sexual identities.

The day will start with coffee and welcome, leading into a meeting for worship. We will have time to share our personal challenges and joys, and to get to know each other better over lunch.

We will consider how Quaker spirituality embraces gender and sexual diversity and supports our mission for understanding and equality. What are the key gender and sexual diversity / LGBTQI+ issues for Quakers today?

Lucy Aphramor, Mike Brooke, Abigail Maxwell, Rob Francis and others will explore specific concerns and how our community might respond; how we let our diverse lives speak; and how we can grow into an active, thriving community.

If you would like to give a five-minute talk about a concern or initiative for discussion, please email yvonne-wood@outlook.com
